Imani Henrick is an Award-Winning Digital Content Creator and Digital Rights Advocate with more than 4 years of experience in the media industry. She has pioneered the coalition called #KeepItOn which aimed at emphasizing the availability of the internet during the election period so that people can access information. 

She was the only African winner of the Youth Peace Challenge (YPC) organized by the Korean Government, as  She wrote an essay on  How to defend and promote Peace as a youth in the context of the UN+75 and the UN decade of Action to deliver the SDGs by 2030 taking into account the COVID-19 pandemic. She is the DRIF Fellow (2021) a forum that aims to improve public understanding of Digital rights and inclusion in Africa. She produces documentaries and writes articles about Digital rights.

She pioneered on 100Tz Sherouse 2021, An initiative that features women who push for progress in different sectors and inspire a girl child. She was among the 2021 Thomson Reuters Changemakers as she pushes for changes in digital rights and inclusion.

Imani is currently working with Kings FM Radio in Njombe, Tanzania as a Programs Director
